As with all promotions, there are some terms and conditions to be mindful of but here are the key points. The promotion runs until 30th June 2023 so your order has to be placed before the closing date. You must get the timing right in order to submit a valid claim. This means you have to wait for 30 days after buying your new Lenovo ThinkBook before submitting your claim. After that period, you have a further 30 days to get your claim submitted. If your claim isn’t submitted within 60 days of the purchase date, you’ll miss the claim window and won’t be able to claim the cashback.

Claiming the cashback

All claims must be submitted directly via the claims form found on Lenovo’s website. The promotion is open to both individuals and businesses. Individuals can make a maximum of one claim per qualifying product and up to two claims in total during the promotion period. Business customers can submit up to thirty claims irrespective of the number of qualifying products purchased.

In order to submit your claim you will need to provide suitable proof of purchase to upload to Lenovo during your form submission. You will also need to have bank account details ready and if it is an individual claim, the account holder’s name must match with the name shown on your proof of purchase. For business claims, the bank details supplied must correspond to the business that made the purchase. Finally, you must be happy to agree to Lenovo’s Terms and Conditions for this promotion and be happy to share your personal data which will be processed in accordance with Lenovo’s privacy policy.
