We check our prices daily against a wide range of competitors to try to bring you the best deals. Terms & Conditions:

Our price match challenge applies to any brand new retail product listed on our website. Price match request must be completed prior to purchase as refunds cannot usually be offered retrospectively post purchase.

Price matches will only be considered for brand new retail stock sold at UK online resellers and do not include items sold through auction sites or marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon MarketPlace or products imported or shipped from outside the UK.

The products being compared must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be identical to those on sale on our website (i.e. have the same manufacturer part number or SKU)
• Be of the same stock condition (e.g. new, refurbished etc), be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery within the UK
• Be available on comparable terms and conditions of sale to those which apply to the sale of our own products
• Must have directly comparable prices. The price of the product must not include any delivery or other associated charges (i.e. it must be the price for the product only)
• The lower price must be published on the retailer's website and not available as part of an employee, trade, loyalty or other preferential discount scheme such as cashback, reward or point schemes.

All the information requested must be provided in order for a decision to be made. We make no guarantee that any price will be matched or beaten. Final decisions on price matches are at the sole discretion of The IT Bay.
