Extended warranties

If the standard PC manufacturer warranty isn’t long enough, you can extend the cover period with an extended support warranty. There are several different products to choose from with cover periods of up to 5 years. You can pick between warranties that provide cover during normal office hours (Monday to Friday) or opt for 24/7 cover instead. There are products that offer remote troubleshooting and resolution as well as options for on-site repair or replacement to cover you in the event of a sudden PC hardware failure.

Support cover level

When thinking about the level of support cover you need, also factor whether you need protection for things like accidental damage and theft protection as these options are also available with some support products. Some support warranties come with defective media retention too which basically means you get to keep your PC hard drive if it fails and needs replacement whilst under warranty.
