PC Accessories

If you spend a good chunk of your working day typing away on your computer’s keyboard, picking a good one can make a big difference to your productivity and even your health. The standard keyboard that most PCs ship with is often rather basic and limited. With so many different makes and models available, picking the right keyboard can be a bit of a minefield. Here are the key things to consider before making a purchase.

A good place to start is to decide whether you’d prefer a wired or wireless keyboard. Wireless keyboards help keep your desk tidier by getting rid of those messy cables and give you more flexibility with your working position since you’re not tethered to the desk and can sit further away (most wireless keyboards work with up to a 10 metres range). You will need to invest in batteries to power them and they are sometimes prone to lags and interference issues which isn’t an issue with wired keyboards.
